At BirdKart, we take great care in packaging our handmade birdhouses to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We ship all orders within 24-48 hours of placement.

Express Shipping

1-2 Business Days

Flat Free across India. Available in major metro cities.

We ship across all states in India.
Tracking information is shared via email and SMS once dispatched.
Local Haryan shipping (Hisar area) may arrive even faster!

Returns & Refund Policy

We want you (and your birds) to be 100% happy. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

7-Day Return Window

You can return any unused birdhouse within 7 days of delivery. The product must be in its original packaging and condition.

How to Return:

Email us at support.birdkart@gmail.com with your Order # and reason for return.
Alternatively, WhatsApp us at +91 94678 02341.
We will arrange a reverse pickup (a nominal charge may apply) or you can ship it back to us.
Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damaged during transit?

If your birdhouse arrives damaged, please take a photo of the package and product immediately and contact us. We will send a replacement free of charge!
